[2013/12/20] Federal won its third consecutive Taiwan Excellence Award

Federal shined at 2014 Taiwan Excellence Award, winning the third consecutive prizes with the two latest models - FORMOZA AZ01 FRF(Run Flat) passenger car tyre and FEDERALLY G-10 gravel rally tyre.

The 22nd Taiwan Excellence Award, which is delivered by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Taiwan External Trade Development Council, announced the winner list, and both of the two models were selected out of the 1,281 products by the professional judges based on the remarkable performance in R&D, design, quality and marketing. Plus, Federal was the one and only passenger car tyre and motorsports tyre winner this time.

As a new asymmetric passenger car tyre featured with special compound and pattern design, AZ01 FRF enables drivers to carry on driving at a certain speed as a blowout occurs while travelling, maintaining safety and seeking more time for drivers to have the flat tyre fixed. AZ01 achieves the best combination of performance, comfort, security and efficiency.

Meanwhile, designed to complement the performance for off-road rallying, Federally G-10 is a rally gravel tire being applied with special compound and unique unidirectional pattern design, delivering top-notch traction, durability and maneuverability on either dry or humid course conditions during acceleration and braking while intensive driving. G-10 has also presented in many grant auto racing competitions such as QRC held in Queensland, TARGA Rally in New Zealand, CUR Rally in Uruguay, APRC in Asia Pacific Zone and Rally of Russia, earning big attraction and positive feedback with its impressive performance.
